Collaboration is working with each other to do a task and to achieve shared goals. It is a recursive process where two or more people or organizations work (bing).
It is not enough of this going on in the body of Christ. Many preachers, pastors, evangelists, teachers, apostles, and prophets have an enormous problem of working together with others in their same field or office. Satan has formed a Spirit of Conspiracy in the body of Christ. The Bible speaks of this conspiracy in Ezekiel 22: 25 – 28, 25 There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof. 26 Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. 27 Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain 28 And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord God, when the Lord hath not spoken.
The spirit of conspiracy hinders the spirit of collaboration inside the body of Christ. Some of the reasons for this are as follows:
- Self-centered concern solely or chiefly with one’s own interest, welfare etc.; engrossed in self; selfish, or egotistical. I am Dr. Butt; I am Apostle Big Stuff; I am Prophet Know It All; I am Pastor Big flock; I am Evangelist World Traveler; or I am Teacher of Excellent. These are names people have used within SELF that is not allowing them to work with other’s ministries, and real preachers, pastors after God’s own heart, evangelists, teachers, apostles, and prophets of God.
- Greed, wants all the money and members for their church as if there are not enough people to fill their church and your church.
- Fear you will become bigger than they are, so they stay away from you.
- Jealousy is resentment against a rival, a person enjoying success or advantage, etc., or against another person success or position itself. Fear and jealousy works hand in hand. Jealousy is an emotion, and the word typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something of …such as members and money. Members go they take the money with them, so they do not want their members to know about you or come to his or her church to preach because God use you to make His Word so clear and simple. You teach and preach better than he or she so no way they will let you in to teach his people.
Jealously and fear shuts down the spirit of collaboration among the body of Christ. A damaging character will not permit God’s kingdom to grow itself. When I run into these types of people, I know they are not 100% working for Christ; it is a self-centered ministry leading and crippling many of God’s children. Those types of ministries God come to expose and tear down through the Word of God.
Go to Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12, 9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. 11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? 12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
God has given us His wisdom to His children to operate in the Spirit of Collaboration. I will read the definition again. It is working with each other to do a task and to achieve shared goals. The cornerstone of collaboration is communication where two or more people or organizations work together for a common good to make things better. <Collaborative Innovation: The Power of Conversation to Drive Great Work> Listen to Mark 6: 4, 4 But Jesus, said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. Jesus gives us the path to take, your own kin, own hometown, family, friends; you have little honor with them. You will not achieve much. I am a living witness to the report of Mark 6: 4. They are your inner circle of people. Even research proves the Bible your greatest help will come from people you know nothing about in a different area or the same field as you. Research has shown that 72 % of people who did great work projects talked to their outer circle. <Collaborative Innovation: The Power of Conversation to Drive Great Work> These people are called your outer ring. I am not afraid to reach out to qualified people I do not know, this is where the greatest help is received. No one has all the answers except God.
We all say we are spreading the gospel of Christ. Some are clearly not doing that because of their doctoral beliefs of promoting same sex marriages, homosexuality, lawlessness in the church, promoting the false Jesus, the false gospel, and the false spirit Apostle Paul spoke of in 2 Corinthians 11: 4 and abuse of God’s grace proves otherwise. You do not want to collaborate with any of those types of churches or leadership of any denomination that practice and teach such heresy against the real Jesus of Acts 4: 10-12. If they want you to show them the error of their ways, then we work together. Otherwise, apply 1 Corinthians 15: 33, 33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
Using the principles God has established in Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12 will help you as a leader, a ministry, a person, a business, or a church to become stronger the earth. There will be more resources to pool from to aid you in your work or calling. Everyone will become stronger through the support of each other and all will play a greater role in expanding the kingdom of God instead of trying to be the one head the only BIG MOUTH worldwide ministry. There is room for everybody to become BIG in God. God will blow everybody up that follows the principles of His book.
The conspiracy of the prophets, preachers, apostles, and pastors refused to allow God in me to express His will through me. Jealously, fear, arrogant, of these insecure leaders tried to keep me suppressed. I had my fill of them and I said I would learn God’s Word like Jesus knew the Word of God and I would become ONE with the Father, as Jesus was ONE with the Father in John 17: 20-23. I said nobody would stop me from doing anything with the Word of God because God told me in 2 Tim 2: 9, 9 Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound. No one will stop me from preaching and teaching the true Word of God, even If I have to build a church in every state.
The outcome of their work against me led to God birthing through me the vision to build a mega church in every state of America seating over 2500 for the sanctuary and a 320-seat choir with the voices of the melody of heaven sounds. In addition, a 500 seat private Christian Charter School and the creation of another TBN/Daystar state of the art broadcast systems with two exceptions. A state of the art television and radio for ministries with money and the truth, and for ministries with the truth, but has not matured in the blessings of God free airtime. Moreover, a 10,000 seat auditorium within the center framework of the 49 nine churches all filled with a certain number of the five-fold ministries of Ephesians 4: 11-14. This is what God has given me under contract of His Word in Matthew 7: 7-8. For this is the reason, God has asked for over 750 apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists, and pastors to get to know me because the churches God is building through me is for them.
No man in this earth can stop the purpose of God in my life. To do so is only to destroy one self.
I am already this apostle, prophet, and pastor of God. I am not trying to become this I am already whom I say I am. God promised me many more sisters and brothers, mothers and fathers, and lands because I gave up all secular work for the gospel of Christ. Now I am collecting on the promise of God He made to me in Mark 10: 29-30, and the Bible read, 29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s 30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
It is my season. The year 2014 is the year of momentum for my life and The True Church of the Lord Jesus Christ – A Voice in the Wilderness Ministries. We cannot be stop because it is God backing everything I have spoken over my life, my family, the works of my hands, the works of our hands, the sales of my books, our finances, my status on the world stage, and The True Church of the Lord Jesus Christ – A Voice in the Wilderness Ministries.
Bill gates spoke of the word collaboration, how important it is for people, businesses, and organizations to apply if they are to become great in the earth. Church folk with businesses and churches most have not learned this principle from the ancient writings of the Holy Bible. The ungodly applies this principle in their businesses and the evident of God honoring His Word to whosoever, no matter whom, or anybody that believes His principles, God will honor their beliefs.
Luke 16: 8 is true the children of light are not as wise as the ungodly in dealing in business matters. Who are the richest people in the world? It was the ungodly but now Jesus has changed the playing field through this church. We will take it from the beginning Luke 16: 1-8. 16 And he said also unto his disciples, There was a certain rich man, which had a steward; and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods. 2 And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward. 3 Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I am ashamed. 4 I am resolved what to do, that, when I am put out of the stewardship, they may receive me into their houses. 5 So he called every one of his lord’s debtors unto him, and said unto the first, How much owest thou unto my lord? 6 And he said, An hundred measures of oil. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and sit down quickly, and write fifty. 7 Then said he to another, And how much owest thou? And he said, An hundred measures of wheat. And he said unto him, Take thy bill, and write fourscore. 8 And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light. This unjust steward worked a game to set him up when he lost His position. We have the seeds to do this but the church need strong leadership because we are building a church that will last until the return of Jesus.
It is difficult trying to get church folks in businesses to work and support each other. It is a difficult job trying to get churches to work with other churches to help expand the kingdom of God. I have seen small churches unwilling to stand with other small ministries and become strong. I have seen big ministries unwilling to stand with small ministries to help them grow. I tried to connect with 30 well-established ministries, and turned down cold by everyone. I sent each $100 seed money to plant a seed in our ministries of $10,000 to help build 25 churches, a 120 seats sanctuary, 5 class rooms, pastor study, kitchen and two bathrooms. Project cost over $350,000 in 2005. I got as far as 15 on the list of 30 and stop; one sent the check back and said they wanted no part of this. Two of the ministries, I contacted took the checks, deposited, and ask me to collaborate with them instead of them becoming partners with us. The rest, the accountant could not account for the checked being cashed so they too, did not want a part of the dream. That is when God gave me the vision and spoke to me to build 49 mega churches under the Six Step plans of the True Church of the Lord Jesus Christ – A Voice in the Wilderness Ministries.
All the small churches unwilling to stand with other small ministries and become strong, but stayed an island, the doors closed, and you have no clue where they vanished. To most ministries, it is about expanding private dreams not God’s vision. Titles do not impress me because if there is no anointing, wisdom to apply the knowledge of God to get results, this person is nothing but a puff up human made by man and not God. God is the one backing the Six Steps Plans of this ministry. God is the one that has given His life to this church to root out, throw down, pull down, and destroy the works of Satan on a global scale through the Six Step plans of the True Church of the Lord Jesus Christ – A Voice in the Wilderness Ministries.
The true church is willing to work with any ministry uplifting the name of Jesus. Part of our mission is to build churches for God’s children where the true gospel of Jesus preach to receive a peaceful hereafter in peace after death and how to live in the true heir ship of Romans 8:17.
Churches, it is about collaboration. God has given you His principle in Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12, use it to expand His kingdom, not yours. The ungodly know and use this principle to their advantages and it shows. The richest man in the world, Mr. Bill Gates uses this principle. In the discussion on LinkedIn Pulse, “What I Learn from Bill Gates,” collaboration was one of the three talking points.
God does not care who use His principles, whosoever uses them according to the standard of the Bible, God will honor His Word. Mark 11: 23-24 is not a lie and God is not talking just to believers or the Jews. God is talking to anybody, a no matter whom person in Mark 11: 23-24.
